ALR 347 Chapter Meetings
The Chapter holds two regularly scheduled meetings each month:
- General Membership Meetings on the fourth Wednesday
- Advisory Board Meetings on the third Thursday
General Member Meetings:
Monthly Chapter General Membership meetings are open to all current and prospective ALR Chapter 347 members and their guests, guests from other ALR Chapters or Legion Posts, and any special guests that may be participating in some aspect of the meeting. Members often meet for fellowship and conversation in the Post Lounge prior to and at the conclusion of monthly meetings. Meetings begin at 1800 and are held in the Main Hall. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permissable at the meeting. SOCIAL HOUR BEGINS AT 1730 HOURS
Advisory Board Meeting Description:
The Advisory Board of the Chapter meets on the third Thursday of each month. These meetings are normally held in the Honor Guard Room adjacent to the Post Lounge. This Board consists of all Chapter elected Officers and those members holding positions appointed by the Chapter Director. This meeting is normally held to review the agenda for the upcoming Chapter Meeting and discuss any other issues that may require special attention. MEETING BEGINS AT 1630 HOURS.
General Member Meeting Minutes:
General Membership Meeting Minutes are normally sent to members via email withing the week following a Chapter Meeting.
